Birthers beware: Hawaii may start ignoring your repeated requests for proof that President Barack Obama was born here.
As the state continues to receive e-mails seeking Obama’s birth certificate, the state House Judiciary Committee heard a bill Tuesday permitting government officials to ignore people who won’t give up.
“Sometimes we may be dealing with a cohort of people who believe lack of evidence is evidence of a conspiracy,” said Lorrin Kim, chief of the Hawaii Department of Health’s Office of Planning, Policy and Program Development.
So-called “birthers” claim Obama is ineligible to be president because, they argue, he was actually born outside the United States, and therefore doesn’t meet a constitutional requirement for being president.

My daughter was born at Tripler in Honolulu in 1992 and her s looks JUST the same as his, except printed on peach colored paper.

Forget the birth certificate or registration of live birth. The fact that his father was not an American citizen tells you that the obama is not elegible to be POTUS since Article II, section 1 spells it out clearly that only a NATURAL BORN

..then this was considered to be a condition that was governed by Nature itself. In other words, the child was not made a citizen so much by the laws of men, but instead had a citizenship with characteristics derived from Nature itself.
Never let anyone fool you about this. No Supreme Court decision has ever altered the meaning of Natural Born. The 14th Amendment deals with “citizens”, but natural born citizenship was set distinctly apart in the U.S. Constitution for having a President with the least foreign encumbrances to his thinking when conducting the affairs of State.
This isn’t exactly exactly rocket science. So we might be asking just why it is that media has spent years obfuscating the issue going on about “birthers” and “birth certificates”.

I don’t know whether the “birth certificate” image above was intended as a joke, but it is certainly a fake. The law cited at the bottom, 338-17.8 wasn’t passed until 1982, so it could hardly be cited on a 1961 birth certificate. There are numerous other technical problems with the image.
The image reflects how the birthers view the world, not the facts.

What really shocks me is that it’s become obvious to me that this is some sort of social experiment. The birther’s are right. They’ve been ridiculed ruthlessly and made out to be fringe, but that isn’t true. I’m a L.A. liberal that grew up in the 70′s. You don’t get more liberal than that as far as growing up in that culture of Nixon and Vietnam with the protestors.
All of Obama’s birth certificates have been either incomplete abstracts or flat out forgeries, and they’ve lied about it every step of the way for almost 3 yrs now. This is a “long form” birth certificate, but there’s a ton of obvious and even blatant errors on it. I downloaded it directly off the WHite House website on both the 1st & 2nd days. They changed the link after 2 days late at night, to supposedly fix an error. Probably eliminating the 7 or 8 layers that come up on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Not to mention there are other blatant errors like that hospital didn’t get it’s name changed to what Obama has on this new certificate until 1978, 17 yrs after he was born. This is just 1 example. Another is the Dept of Health number stamped on top for 1961 births. He has a number comparable to Hawaiians born 2 or 3 yrs earlier. From Adobe, it appears a 4 replaced 1 of the string of numbers. So this is obviously a partial copy of 1 of 10 certificates from Hawaii probably in 59.
Like I said, it’s really blatant errors. I think Obama’s birth certificate issue is real, and that it was probably known of since the beginning & precisely why he was chosen. The real PTB behind the scenes always back puppets. Clinton was well known to have major problems with infidelity. Even before he was thought of for president, he’d had many affairs that were aired on Arkansas tv & newspapers. Same with George W. Even if he HAD been born in Hawaii, he is still not eligible..his father, Obama, Sr. was a Kenyan citizen…subject at that time of British rule. According to the law at that time, Obama automatically became a citizen of British rule…at best then a dual citizen – making him ineligible. I know when people have families in other cities, it’s normal to have a birth announcement in other newspapers. Also, what does line 23 mean? Instead of making new laws, the better solution is for Hawaii to adhere to their laws as they were in place before Obama. The State of Hawaii obviously has no documents to substantiate that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961. They should just say so. Yes, we can handle it! Obama is just not that important. Our Constitution is.
By changing their laws to protect the fraud or whims of one person Hawaii is making a bad decision worse. What are they thinking? Don’t they know that lots of people have already read their laws and know that their officials have been violating them daily? It’s time for them to just come clean and for a lot of them to resign or go to jail.
Their effort to give cover to Obama is putting their state and our country at great risk. It is undermining the rule of law and the expectation of equal protection under the law.
It is not believable that a governor can’t find and see a vital state document relevant to the honor and integrity of his state, but one unelected official beneath him can.
It is not believable that a citizen can not receive a certified copy of his own birth records including all information collected and retained by the state pertaining to that document. If nobody can see this information and documentation, what purpose does it have?
It is not believable that an original document that has been physically handled and described in detail by a government official has to be computer generated instead of just being photocopied, stamped, sealed and certified in 2011. Why not just copy the “partially handwritten” document that Mr. Obama authorized you to provide for release to the public and sent his attorney to collect? Federal Express and UPS both offer low cost overnight delivery – at least as fast as sending someone to and from Hawaii – and a lot less expensive.
Mr. Obama is required by Amendment XX to “qualify” for the office of POTUS. This means that in addition to receiving a certifiably legal and majority vote he is responsible to prove that he has reached the age of 35, has 14 years residency, and that he is a “Natural Born Citizen”.
Hawaii, as Obama’s alleged home state, is a primary party to that Amendment XX requirement. Hawaii is a State! They must release any and all documentation and information in their possession pertaining to the qualification or disqualification of any person who seeks federal office, especially POTUS. This is the obvious duty of all member states of our republic. It goes to the heart of our union which is the mutual security and defense of each and every member state against all enemies foreign and domestic. For Hawaii to claim that Obama’s records can’t be released due to personal privacy issues is ludicrous on its face. Hawaii has really let us down on this one.
A Natural Born Citizen is one born of citizen parents (plural) within the boundaries and complete jurisdiction of the United States. A natural born citizen has no divided allegiances.
If any of the alleged Hawaiian produced documents are reliable they prove that Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen. They confirm that his father was a British/Kenyan subject and that our now putative president was born under British jurisdiction. He is not eligible. It’s really that simple. “Born a Brit – not legit!”
Obama, if born in Hawaii, is a “native-born” citizen, If he was born in Kenya (AKA Kenya Colony or East Africa Protectorate in 1961), as also asserted, he is not even a citizen. He has never presented any record of naturalization. Reminder, no matter where he was born even he agrees that it was under British jurisdiction.
All citizens, “native-born”, “naturalized” and “natural born” are guaranteed the protection of their individual and inalienable rights by our Constitutional Republic. Only the “natural born” are eligible for the office of the President or the Vice President. No one has a “right” to either of these offices. It’s a matter of national security.

The birth certificate shown here is not the same as the one published on the White House website. First, it doesn’t contain layers. Second, under 6a. Place of Birth, it doesn’t just say Honolulu, it’s says “Honolulu 1″. What’s the ’1′ for?
At the bottom, under 23. Evidence for Delayed Filing or Alteration, it states “1. Birthplace: Kenya; Registered Honolulu. HRS 338-17.8 per Grandmother”. This means Obama’s actual “Place of Birth” is Kenya, not Honolulu.
